If for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with a purchase, we invite you to review our policy for refunds & returns.

The following terms are applicable for any products that you have purchased from us.
1. CANCELLATION BY CUSTOMER
- If an order needs to be cancelled, please do so before the order is shipped by contacting us at email@example.com
- Please note that all orders placed before 11am IST are shipped on the same day. Any order placed after the mentioned time are shipped on the next working day.
- If the order is cancelled before it is shipped, the full amount will be refunded to the customer within 7-10 working days.
- No request for cancellation will be accepted after the order has been shipped.
2. CANCELLATION BY the brand
Please note that there may be certain orders that we are unable to accept/fulfil and must cancel. In such cases, the full amount will be refunded to the customer within 7-10 working days.
We reserve the right at our sole discretion to refuse or cancel an order for any of the following reasons:
- Limitations on quantities available for purchase
- Inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information
- Inaccessible delivery pin-codes
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
No return/exchange requests will be accepted for products purchased during any sale event (Clearance Sale, Flash Sale, End of Season Sale, Black Friday Sale etc.)
No return/exchange requests will be accepted for accessories (earrings, neckpieces, etc).
1. FOR SIZE/FIT ISSUES:
In case of size/fit issues, return/exchange request must be emailed at firstname.lastname@example.org within 24 hours of delivery of product. Requests received after 24 hours of delivery will not be accepted.
IMPORTANT: Items to be returned must be unused, undamaged, unworn, and unwashed with the original tags intact.
Kindly follow Steps 1, 2 & 3 for EXCHANGE and Steps 2 & 3 for RETURN
STEP 1: A fresh order must be placed for the desired size/product (subject to availability) from our website. Please note that if a piece has been exchanged once, it cannot be returned or exchanged the second time.
STEP 2: Our team will arrange for a pick-up (for the item to be returned) from your address at no extra cost (for non-discounted products).
Please note that if the product was purchased at a discounted price or if any promo code/offer was applied at check-out, our team will arrange for a pick-up from your address for a return fee of Rs. 120 which will be deducted from the refund amount.
In case, pickup facility is not available on the provided pin code, customer must ship the product back to our office at her/his own risks, costs & responsibility within 7 days of receiving the product.
STEP 3: Refund process will be initiated after we receive back the product and validate the return. Refund amount will be transferred to your bank account within 7-10 working days, after deducting return fee (if applicable).
2. FOR DAMAGED/ WRONG/ MISSING PRODUCT:
In case, you have received a product that is damaged or not the same as your original order or received a package with missing items, complaint must be raised to us at email@example.com within 24 hours of delivery of product. Requests received after 24 hours of delivery will not be accepted.
STEP 1: Submit images of the entire package (with the shipping label), product received, images highlighting the damage/defect (if any) and unboxing/unpacking video of the package.
Please note that unboxing/unpacking video is mandatory to be submitted as proof in such cases. Complaint will be rejected in the absence of video proof.
STEP 2: Upon approval of the submitted images & videos, our team will arrange for a pick-up (for the disputed items) from your address at no extra cost. Items to be returned must be unused, unworn, and unwashed with the original tags intact.
In case, pickup facility is not available on the provided pin code, customer must ship the product back to our office at her/his own risks, costs & responsibility within 7 days of receiving the product. Shipping cost will be refunded if a valid receipt from the courier partner is submitted.
STEP 3: We will resend the same products to you as per your original order (subject to stock availability) or initiate a refund as per customer request (Refund process will be initiated after we receive back the disputed product and validate the return. Refund amount will be transferred to your bank account within 7-10 working days).
